Hotel overlooked sea and the room was extremely spacious. All members of the staff was well-trained. Property's location was favourable and great, in the middle of jackson. And it was also not far from the restaurant and Jeddah. They offered us outstanding meals, had lots of options to choose from. We liked it, recommendable.

Honestly nothing to complain about. A superior hotel with well-trained and professional staff. Reasonably large and new-fashioned property rooms with amazing view. A fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk available. Marvellous location in the middle of jackson, in the truly beautiful area.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's not far from the restaurant and Jeddah. There were new-fashioned, incredible rooms with amazing view.

Nice comfy base for a 4-night stay. Central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television available in the a double room. Magnificent view from the window over city. Good location in the middle of jackson, and 15 minute walk from Red Sea Mall. Based near Jeddah as well as the restaurant.

Good sleep in a comfortable bed, amazing and modern room. Amazing view and terrycloth bathrobes, a shower cap and towels in the bathroom.

Liked our 4 nights here. The restaurant was good for breakfasts. We had room which had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe and was reasonably spacious. The location was particularly good and great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Red Sea Mall. There was an amazing restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The room was clean, not to mention views over terrace from the window.

The staff, especially Miss Dunya and Ms. Hanadi Alghamdi, were friendly and accommodating. The home service went above and beyond to meet my food requests. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, and the gym and spa were both wonderful and relaxing. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was also impressive. Additionally, the location was great and offered an amazing view from the rooms.

the location was good and marvellous, for example, red sea mall was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. i got to the airport within 20 minutes' drive. the a twin room had basic facilities you need, a fridge, coffee/tea makers and a work desk.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed with the gym and spa facilities. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and I enjoyed the nice view. Cleanliness was also a priority throughout the hotel.
